THE CHOWDHURY PRACTICE is always looking for ways to improve the services it offers to patients. To do this effectively, the practice needs to know what you think about the services you receive. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet your expectations plus any ideas and suggestions you may have. Only by listening to you can the practice continue to build and improve upon the service it offers.
We are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint you can contact the practice Manager, Karen Greenwood who will deal with your concerns appropriately, complete the complaints form below or call into the surgery and collect a complaints form from a member of the reception team.
